The Super Obvious Bonus Units Program (Bonus Units Program) is a promotional offer made by Super Obvious Pty Ltd (ABN 93 646 093 012) (Super Obvious), an authorised representative of Ellerston Capital Limited (ABN 34 110 397 674, AFSL 283 000) (Ellerston Capital). The Bonus Units Program is made in relation to the Super Obvious Everest Fund (ARSN 159 465 157) (the Fund). Ellerston Capital is the responsible entity and issuer of the Fund. The Bonus Units Program is open only to Australian tax residents over the age of 18.
To be eligible for any Bonus Units offered under the Bonus Units Program, an investor must:
By participating in the Bonus Units Program, you may be entitled to receive additional Class X Units in the Fund (Bonus Units). The Bonus Units are only available during the Promotional Period. Investments made that do not meet Eligibility Criteria will not be eligible for the Bonus Units.
If your investment meets the Eligibility Criteria, your Bonus Units will be given to you within 10 business days of meeting the Eligible Criteria. The number of units you receive will be determined by the unit price on the day on which the Bonus Units are processed and issued to you. As the unit price may vary, investors who participate in the same promotion may receive different amounts of Bonus Units.
Super Obvious may offer more than one promotion during a Promotional Period under the Bonus Units Program. Investors who wish to participate in more than one promotion during a Promotional Period under the Bonus Units Program must make separate investments for each promotion offered.
Investors are limited to participating in each promotion during a Promotional Period once. Only one Promotional Code can be applied to each one-off investment application. Notwithstanding such restriction, in the event a payment failure occurs, an investor may apply the Promotional Code again.
We reserve the right to extend, amend or withdraw the Bonus Units Program without notice at any time at our sole discretion.
You acknowledge that you do not represent us or any of our related bodies corporate. You must not make any misrepresentations or engage in any misleading or deceptive conduct or make any misleading or deceptive statements about Super Obvious, the Fund or any of our related bodies corporate. You must not, and we do not authorise you to, otherwise market or promote the Bonus Units Program or the Fund through paid advertising or to the public at large.
You agree to only participate in our Promotional Bonus Offers for lawful purposes and you must act in good faith. You must not:
