This Referral Program is made in relation to the Super Obvious Everest Fund (ARSN 159 465 157) (the Fund). Ellerston Capital is the responsible entity and issuer of the Fund. If you refer a friend to the Fund, we’ll give $5 worth of Class X Units in the Fund (Referral Units) to each of you and your friend, when your friend invests at least $10 in the Fund.
During the period of 25 January 2023 to 28 February 2023 (Bonus Referral Period), we’ll give $10 worth of Class X Units in the Fund (Bonus Referral Units) to each of you and your friend, when your friend invests at least $10 in the Fund. The Bonus Referral Units are only available during the Bonus Referral Period. Any referral made after the Bonus Referral Period will receive Referral Units only (i.e. $5).

The Referral Units (or Bonus Referral Units) will be given to you and your friend within 10 days of meeting the Eligibility Criteria and your friend’s investment being processed and unitised. We’ll give them to you and your friend by issuing the Referral Units (or Bonus Referral Units) and adding them to your Super Obvious account and your friend’s Super Obvious account respectively.The number of units you and your friend receive will be determined by the unit price on the day on which the Referral Units (or Bonus Referral Units) are processed.
This offer is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotional offers. We reserve the right to extend or withdraw this offer without notice at any time at our sole discretion. If withdrawn, we will honour any referrals that met the Eligibility Criteria before the offer is withdrawn.
You acknowledge that you do not represent us or any of our related bodies corporate. You must not make any misrepresentations or engage in any misleading or deceptive conduct or make any misleading or deceptive statements about Super Obvious, the Fund or any of our related bodies corporate. You must not, and we do not authorise you to, otherwise market or promote the offer or the Fund through paid advertising or to the public at large.
